SEOUL | Gangdong Herrscher | 150m x 2 | 41 fl | Com

SEOUL | SINDONGA FAMILIE | 150m x 2 | 41 fl | U/C

This project consists of 3 Buildings (A, B, C towers)
The first one(tower A) is a comercial building (20 floors) on the left side in the render.
The second and thrid buildings (the tower B and the tower C) are residential, which are 40 floors in 150m height.

Tower A : Office
Tower B : Residential
Tower C : Residential

Construction comapany : SINDONGA CO.
Architects : 조성기, 김형종, 우대성
Location :Chunho-dong, Seoul

Ewww...such tiny windows, and I hate towers without windows on a side, it looks terrible.

With all these commieblock projects still popping up, I feel like Seoul is in serious need of an architectural intervention .

agreed seoul need architectural intervention.(now days little by little)
But that without window side is "corridor" and toilet? So like that shape(small window).

Below there's a detailed diagram of where we are now.
I think the highest floor under construction now is 121, but i'm not sure exactly, its hard to tell from the pic above.
Anyway, we're pretty close to the end:



Despite almost completing all 123 floors there are still some interesting challenges left, like the external elevator or the skywalk bridge.
Anyway, maybe the crown will be finished before christmas!

brand Name is really awkward. Herrscher's pronunciation remind of luxury or exotic for korean's ear.
not only german name but also most apartment brand name came from english/western.

cause western standard is good marketing skill for civil.
look Lotte555m lotte name hint from german novel
