Looks like the main structure of the hotel is topped out, only the roof feature to go.

Does anyone know the height? -edit- Nevermind, just realised we don't even know the height of the supertalls.

What about Dubai second decade Modernism.

Considering they only made Skyscrapers for around 2 decades

It's a mix of styles. That isn't a crime. It's like in music some artists define their sound by mixing two genres. Rapping over hard rock guitars or classical instrumentation over techno beats may not be everyone's thing, but there are some very successful and respected artists mixing genres. Don't see why it should be shunned in architecture.

A lot of Marina towers do a similar Art Deco/Post-Modern mix as well. It's a Dubai thing.

The skyscraper is rising ahead, closely followed by the 1st supertall. The other one seems to be a few floors behind
