What a lovely building. Streamline Moderne is very fitting for a flat iron building. I love the clock. This should get an award or something.
Who is the architect?

The design is amazing and the realization is wonderful, I like the bricks they used for the facade, the glass they used for the windows and the balconies look great too.

The building itself is more slender and taller... Are you sure that's the final rendering?

That's a really squished rendering that's missing the balconies.

Work Wrapping Up at 10 Sullivan in SoHo

Quote:
Designed by noted architect Cary Tamarkin, the Flatiron-inspired 10 Sullivan is today all but complete, with residents moving in as the finishing touches are applied to some of the common areas and grounds. Built by Property Markets Group and Madison Equities, the 16-storey mid-rise condo tower located along the western edge of SoHo in Lower Manhattan has successfully blended a handful of traditional architectural styles into one, to create a new building which fits nicely into the more classic aesthetic of its SoHo surroundings, once home to New York City's massive textile industry at the turn of the last century.

..Who designed the interior!?..it is way better than what we usually see!..we border on the sublime!..
Even better than the Woolworth penthouse interiors by Thierry Despont ..

The view from the terrace is amazing, too. The terrace itself looks very beautiful, simple, the bricks (where the fence is attached) are a lovely reminder that you're in Manhattan.
