I am kind of confused why there is even a thread for this building. We don't even know where the site is yet!

Well, I imagined a possible 2000ft Shvo tower. There are two versions …

Version A

Version B

Those are awesome! What did you use to illustrate them?

Also, countdown till someone misunderstands, and thinks that's an official render: 3... 2... 1...

Please tell me it's THE NORDSTROM!

PLEASE

Nice rendering. I like version A. Version B would look great in Chicago.

The Shvo tower is in a perfect location to balance out the Central park Skyline once Nordstrom, Tower Verre, 432 PA & Steinway is completed.

I used Photoshop program for these images.

Sorry, but isn't THE NORDSTROM tower.

I prefer the version B. No tower in New York has never had two spires.

With these two images, I wanted to prove that we can think of a tower that thanks to the spires, can reach a height of 2000ft. It is not necessary to arrive at this height using the numbers of floors or the roof.

Well, in honesty, I would still call that a ~1700 ft tower. But I'd be happy as hell to get something that size.

at 100 floors, I think the Shvo Tower could realistically reach aprox 1430ft. 432 PA is being marketed as 98 floors at 1398ft.

Yes, 432 PA is being marketed as 98 floors at 1398ft, but NORDSTROM tower is 1424ft (maybe 1550ft) with 88 fl. I think that Mr. Shvo wants to build a tower taller than NORDSTROM, because he may have a 900/1000ft tower (Park Lane project) that will block the view of Central Park.

I live Version B. Chicago already has the Sears, it doesn't need another double spire. NYC does however

My heart skipped a beat thinking it was a legitimate render. Amazing job Rey73, I prefer version B. I'd like to shoot a rocket propelled football through the uprights.

Hahaha... Epic render. It is much better than the 217 West 57 Street.

Can someone add massing models for the Park Lane development, 220 CPS into the version Bīs render, along the Nordstrom Tower, Verre and 432 to depict for what a glorious epic new skyline we are heading to? PLEASE?!

Thanks in advance.
