^ A little biased maybe Helmet? No but youre right, 600 N fairbanks is tough to beat.

One thing, seems like all the tall buildings going up in the south loop are glass exteriors (at least in the prominent locations). OMP, OMPW, 1720, X/O etc.

I recall seeing the glass on 600 Fairbanks on the curve and I thought that even the Sky 55 curve looked better. Couldn't disagree with you more but respect your Opin

I always wonder if there are a handful of out-of-town Lollapalooza fans who are watching this construction boom as they visit Chicago year after year. Certainly by this July visitors will notice this Goliath rising out of what was once just open air.

The two-tone glass scheme is looking really nice.

The best thing about it is that there's nothing east or north of it, so it really gets to shine with nothing in the way. From the angle of my pad in Lakeshore East, it almost looks as high as Sky 55 now.

Great shots Retro. You can see the 2nd set back along the Metra tracks. There was a set back on the North facade in the model 2 floors before this one. I'm not back in town until midmonth. Any one have a shot of the North facade?

Museum Park 3?

FYI -
Saw some pictures of a building that may be MP3 in SSP - Chicago Boom Rundown thread.

If I'm wrong, I hate to be the harbinger of false hope, but I'd give it an 80% chance that I'm right considering that the illustration shows OMP next to it for comparison... And it is notably taller than OMP.
