It still has a few "floors" to finish on the crown section, and unless they speed things up, I wouldn't think it'd be topped out until March, at least. (total amateur guess, of course)

By the way, on SSP there was a discussion about the crown on this project. Will the crown be as curved as the model or have they changed it???

I have a question for you all about the below image.

How do you want the see the core treated?
A. Would you like to see the concrete left exposed
B. Clad it in glass as it's going to be
C. Paint it
D. Other (what's your other?)

Glass as well... I wish I could afford to buy a condo in this building!!! Just the views of the Loop and the Lake are worth the price!!

Glass, or maybe panels of metal. I think painting it or leaving it exposed would cheapen its image in this case

Completely out of topic... but wow what a difference new windows on 1130 S Michigan make! That actually looks somewhat nice of a building!

The 1600 building will begin to deliver units in late 2008. ONE MUSEUM PARK WEST will have availability in early 2009. Museum Park Place South will deliver in late 2009.

is it just me or does this building look like it's 'flipping the bird' to the city?
