REPORT | #C: SAP - MEX - JFK - MXP - DXB - Various carriers: San Pedro Sula to Dubai

Flying the world : San Pedro Sula - Mexico City - New York - Milan - Dubai

Embraer ERJ 145

Aeropuerto Internacional Ramon Villeda Morales
San Pedro Sula to Mexico City> 2 hrs aprox.

Approach to Mexico City

Benito Juarez Intl Airport - Terminal 2

It´s a very modern and up-to date terminal with many facilities

As I commented before luckily I had a lot of time for my next flight to NYC; so I took a day pass and got on a tourist bus that gave me a nice 2 hour tour of Mexico City. Sorry for the quality of the pictures as I took them from the phone.
Torre Latinoamericana in the background.

After the tour I came back to the airport and while waiting for my flight I had a great mexican dinner in one of the restaurants at the airport.

Flight 2
Aeromexico
Mexico City, Mexico to New York, USA
Boeing 737-800

Benito Juarez International Airport
Mexico City - New York > 5 hrs aprox.

Some of the halls of this massive airport.

We started boarding and got on the plane, I apologize for not taking any pictures as this was a late night flight and I had a terrible cold and throat infection so I snoozed off immediately after taking my meds.

So I landed in NYC at 6.00 am sharp and had a complete day ahead as my flight to Dubai via Milan would leave at 11.00pm .. so I enjoyed my day at NYC and the best part was my hot clam chowder soup at Dean & Deluca's. [Quality of the pics in this part of the journey is better as I bought a camera .. which I lost a month ago in Miami .. bummer ..]

Flight 3
Alitalia Airlines
New York, USA to Milan, Italy
Airbus A330-300

John F. Kennedy International Airport
New York - Milan > 8 hrs aprox

This part is very exciting as we took a brand new A330 from Alitalia, such a beautiful plane.

This elegant bird brought me safe on such a long journey!

Now in Malpensa had time to take some pictures at some beautiful planes.

Flight 4
Emirates Airlines
Milan, Italy to Dubai, UAE
Airbus A330 -200

Malpensa International Airport
Dubai - Milan > 7 hrs aprox

Now on the last stretch of my journey, here is a picture of the Emirates that will take me back

Take off!

Menu for our choice of food

Snack

As I commented before at the beginning of the trip I wasn't feeling that well due to a cold and a throat infection; so after all the flights my ears and stuffy nose felt like a ticking bomb and my meds where just making me drowsy, so I ask the crew if they had anything that might help me and to my big surprise this lovely lady from the crew came with a brand new nasal spray which was given to me at no cost. This made the gap between regular carriers and middle eastern carriers in terms of service even bigger.

Hope you liked the report I will post more flights to and from Dubai and SAP.
