Would have preferred if they used the whole lot and gone twice as high. There aren't too many spots left that are right on the subway line downtown. This should have been set aside for our next big office building.

That said, if this is only 173m it needs to go in the proposed 'highrise' section. The skyscraper section is 200m+, the super tall section 300m+.

I like that older building's facade. Needs some rehab, but it has character worth incorporating into the new tower.
