sercan, ingilizce dediğim şey şu. Mimarie ve temel olarak hayatın her yanında önemli olan şey orandır. Bir şeyin oranı ve orantısı bozuk olusa estekik bozukluğa yol açar. Mesela senin üç metre yada 40 cm kolun olsaydı, ne olurdu... İşte bu stad 40 cm kolu olan 175 boyunda bir adamdır.

i think the 2nd project is the winner one
but it was too expensive

so they build the cheapest project/version

Valla o sağdaki binaların oradan kalkması an meselsi... Sercan zaten parkın bir kısmı orayi içine alacak. Ama ne zaman olur bilmem. İlk önce ITO'nun kolları sıvamasını bekleyeceğiz.

Bakın yatırımlarla Ümrainye ne hake geldi... Bir zamanlar orası İstanbul'un çöplüğüydü ve gaz sıkışmasından oluşan patlamada insanlar ölmüştü. ama şimdi, lüks iş yerleri, plazalar ve konutlar yer almaya başladı... Herşey ilk kazmaya bağlı artık...

Şu kale arkasındaki kırmızı bölümün seyirci kapasitesi ne kadar? 2-3 bin herhalde. Kale arkaları stada çok hafif kaçıyor bence. 2 katlı olmaları lazımdı.

çok kötü bir tasarım ve mimarlık. Ama maalesef iki modern stadımızdan biri olduğu için tanıtımını yaptım!
