Incredible Though I hope they will tweak the design a bit. Right now it seems a bit chaotic

Instead of being sharp zigzags up the corners, I would change it to smooth oscillating waves. Keep them offset though. Then the pattern up that side of each tower would look more natural. Also, why not do it on the opposite sides as well?

This would also make the design more "Miami." I think the lot to the right of it (the old Lynx proposal) is more likey to be developed first though.
