Given the boast about this being one of "Atlanta's tallest towers", I suppose the 56 story job could be a skyscraper. More details as they emerge...

B-U-I-L-D these towers!!!!!

Updated Master Plan and Renderings

Finally public - 74fl / 920' . Much better than the previous Arquitectonica design and that is a scientific fact.

New height: 920 feet (280m)
now just 2 buildings. 920 feet building first then a second (probably shorter tower) built later.

I agree that this looks much better than the Architectonica design.

I'd like to see more of the ground level and how it looks form the pedestrian's POV.

Let's hope that this actually happens. This site has had a recent history of failed attempts (Calatrava).

The project has been proposed as the first phase of a masterplanned development that will form a crucial part of the Midtown Art Walk, an upcoming half-mile landscaped promenade stretching between key transit stations in the area.

I actually like the older design for this better. The new one is too unoriginal- it looks like just another glass box.
Regardless, it is nice to see a new tower in the pipeline for Atlanta.
