2nd and Virginia by LCCIII, on Flickr

In the insert of the latest Puget Sound Business Journal there is an article entitled "Condo Confidential". In it there is a picture and the following quote:

"Pent-up demand for exciting new condominium product has encouraged The Justin Company and his land partners to commence development with the 2VS Project. The 40-story luxury condominium and hotel is situated at 2nd & Virginia, just steps away from the Pike Place Market and the main enterance to Seattle's new waterfront park."

This is the twin to this thread's tower. Signs of life for both of them! Hope we see them both during this current building boom!

That is a nice new cluster (assuming all towers are new?)

The other three highrises all exist now. The one just left of the twins completed a month or two ago.

It's a disjointed stretch of Second. These two, alone with a couple proposed just south, would make it great. One of the other ones, another 40-story residential at 2nd & Pine, appears to be close to being permitted this spring.
