Lot C is a mixed use development of a 54-storey tower comprising of offices, service apartments and retail outlets totalling up to 33,900 sq. ft. gross feet area. Located next to Kuala Lumpur City Centre in Kuala Lumpur, the building plan is derived from a triangulated footprint resulting from 3 overlapping circles, inspired by the geometric purity of traditional Islamic patterns.

Wow, beautiful design! Perfectly complements the existing four towers at the KLCC development... This one is long overdue!

Lovely addition to KLCC vicinity. Now you guys just have to tear down Wisma Central and replace it with something like this.

hahha....that area needs a 'budget' mall with nice and cheap food. If not the working population there would 'starve'

Did ya know that nearly all of the office workers around the KLCC area depends on the food joints and misc shopping at Wisma Central.

ANyway if anyone we're to replace Wisma Central....it should be a replacement instead of something upmarket. Or at least built a budget-class mall nearby. I used to think that Wisma Central is an eye-sore and kinda like a lsoer within that vicinity but I was wrong. The years I spent working around the area made me realised that aesthetics isn't all that important to Wisma Central (although it is of a cutting-edge concept in the 70s) but of its very crucial social role within the KLCC vicinity

Imagine....Menara SzeHoong. The 54th storey would be my penthouse....the 53rd storey would be an exclusive lounge for SSC members called the Sky Lounge

Exactly! ust like the Union Square. I bet "Menara Ramlee" is around Empire Tower's height. The rendering is pretty new too as Parkview's construction is there

Actually I am not too sure what they would be naming the tower but following KLCC's trend in naming office buildings, they often name their buildings after the anchor tenant like Menara Kembar Petronas, Menara Maxis and Menara ExxonMobil. The previous name for Menara Maxis is Ampang Tower and it is still called Ampang Tower even right after its completion!

Only when Maxis fully moved into the tower they renamed it Menara Maxis

So if SzeHoong Berhad is the anchor tenant of Ramlee Tower, it would be named SzeHoong Tower or any name I choosed
