Nope, the 302 m include the curtain wall only. Which corresponds to 79 levels approx.

In the other hand, the structure ends at level 72, where the balcony is. 292m til the last floor.

According to forumers of the Monterrey thread, the building's crystal facade tops at the 79th level at an altitude of 302 meters (not confirmed) and an altitude of around 350 meters counting the communications antenna. Either way great news for Monterrey and looks like the new soon to be in Latin America.
Lets not forget that currently Monterrey has 2 towers underconstruction of over 200 meters. The first and most advanced so far is Torre Pabellon M with 208m, currently at around 180ish. The second is Torre Koi which just had its massive concrete foundation poured, this tower when done will be 276m. Other towers which have been announced but are still not underconstruction are Metropolitan Center III with 215m and a Tower near the Macroplaza at 223m high.
Currently, the city along with Mexico City lead the way regarding vertical projects. This city alone has over 50 high rise buildings in project or under construction.

The design is quite elegant, but that spire looks awkwardly integrated, something a-la Bank Of America Tower in NYC

Looks like the first model:

It talks about a maximum altitude of 330meters.

The problem with Mexico City is the soil and earthquakes.
