SHENZHEN | Shenzhen Metro Vanke Mangrove Bay project | 350m | 1148ft | 77 fl | U/C

Source:gaoloumi http://www.gaoloumi.com/viewthread.p...&extra=&page=1 This tower is part of the Shenzhen bay headquarters cluster - as you can see from the first picture that it is by no way the tallest among that cluster, which is said to have a tower 680m tall. It is said that the first proposal is the settled one, jointly designed by AUBE and Arep Vill design studio.

Another (backup) proposal

Great project. Where exactly is this planned in Shenzhen? Near China Resources and One Shenzhen Bay?

Happy New Year to anyone - let's see if Shenzhen gets to 100 Supertall proposals at the end of the year

Which of the designs will be built? If we don't know it I would go with the second one definately.

I do like how the plot was set for a <400 m and yet we get a design that is exactly 400 m . Also it is a box with usable space up to the top. Love it!

Almost all are boxes. Probably because these are just mock ups and not (final) designs yet?

making the lower part look thru and the upper part reflective is an amazing concept, didn't see that before, that makes for certainly a very interesting concept.
