sweet, finally another 400m tower for Shenzhen coming this is the beginning of something big as well. With this prep the other plots that contain some more 400m towers might follow at some point.

3 major cluster (Futian, Luohu, Nanshan) and many sub clusters. However only Luohu is a central, dense cluster; the rest are extremely spread out and far from each other...

Which creates a problem, that on any photo, to non-skyscraper enthusiasts that do not spend a vast amount of time looking at the city, the city's skyline looks far less impressive, any the town looks a lot smaller than it is.

Supertall building, but not in chines style. They should reduce the height to 399 or so....

The tower is on the rectangular plot, right? Then this is U/C!

It's not as bad as the shorter towers on the periphery, but this is really bad. Is China losing its architectural edge?

there are three taller towers proposed next to this one, so i am totally fine with a plain design, especially if the towers get even remotely as crazy as the current unbuildable design suggests.

The eiffeltower is part of the "window of the world" themed park, one of shenzhen's most famous attractions, it's between baishizhou and shenwan station
