You should know by now than in Dubai very little is delivered on time. I reckon that there is o hope at all of Dec 2006. Interestingly the developer's apartment instalment payment plan seems to suggest a possible Dec 2007 proposed completion!

They appear to have made enormous steps since I was there late October, they appear to be at a similar level to Timeplace, which they are saying will be December 06
Crouch - to stop or bend low with the limbs pressed to the body? (I am English but that means nothing)
