I like this kind of building where one floor plate isn't set at the same angle as the one below it. Exhibit will be the best example of this in Toronto, assuming Bazis gets around to building it. This one on Beverly will add some energy to a neighbourhood that is looking a little tired.

interesting shape with the rotated floor plates, not sure about the stone base material seems not to blend in with anything on the ground level, maybe charcoal brick would have worked better. the only thing I really don't like is this ubiquitous cheap curtain wall that every development in Toronto has. still, would love to live in this area if the price is right
