doesn't look like a supertall, but probably only because it is quite thick. other than that the design is very nice

Actually the floors look quite short heighted, meaning most of the tower could be either residential or hotel. In that case, we should expect just around 300-330m, similar to East Pacific Center. I hope I'm wrong, an 82 floor office tower can easily reach 375m.

More coming. We just don't have enough reliable info (renders, etc) to open threads for them. But this one was totally unexpected till today afaik, they kept it in secret till the ground breaking ceremony lol.

hope some of these won't just stay like this and be forgotten about as a never realized proposal. in the last week or so i added like 20 or more supertalls for shenzhen on SSP, it is just unbelievable.

really really far away to the north east. probably not even many 200m buildings are close.

That is one huge tower.
It can even be in the Dapeng Peninsula, east of Hong Kong.

Dumb question, but why would they build a supertall there? Are they developing the area with more to come, or is there a company that wants to set up its headquarters a bit away from the CBDs or something like that?
