Is there any news about the referendum results for the proposed metro?

53.3% voted against a metro, but the turnout was only 10% while 30% was required, so the vote is non-binding.

But our president promised that he would take serious referendum results, regardless of turnout. So I hope we will invest in trams and (sub)urban train

I happened to be in Wroclaw earlier this year and I'd say subway is the last thing this city needs. For example a real airport shuttle, not some bus that's usually overcrowded, stops a dozen times too often, with a driver that doesn't understand a word of English and has no real information available in that language (sorry, "next stop" in some stylized fake accent is not going to cut it).

We do not have "next stop". Again It was very funny

About shuttlebus- we have had (?) sth like this but it was very expensive (6 PLN?) and people did not use this. Few years ago it was a line "Lotnisko" but it was not a good idea - again - because of the price.

6 PLN it's not expensive. But I agree it wasn't popular.

Apartamenty Innova looks horrible now but will look quite good once the cladding is applied.

Some really great projects for an ever improving cool city! Especially the more postmodern, retro-modern and New classical ones.

But: Enough with the arbitrary shopping malls please! Wroclaw has a fantastic town core with loads of shopping options, and other dense neighbourhoods. That's where the magic should happen. Streetlife is important for this place.

Damn I see now why they didn't show renders of OVO in daylight - it does not look spectacular without any kind of illumination.

Between you and me it looks pretty bad and actually reminds me of the 1970-1980s maritime inspired architecture of my own town. And that's not a compliment.
