BERLIN | Bahntower | 100m | Pro

For me to post this thread is just as much a question going to anyone knowing more about the proposal as anything else.

Iīve simply seen the plan of a highrise at the main Train Station appear in various visualizations and planning maps.

The sheer number of places where it thus appears makes me think that the plot next to the main entrance of the Train Station must somehow be regulated for a highrise construction.

Iīd be interested in (and thankful for) further Information:

It was planned as an administrative building of the German railway. Because they have however rooms in the central station, the tower is not required any more. He is not built.

OK, too bad!
Thanks for the Information though!

That logically means that there are no interess at the Moment to build a Tower at the site, but the Regulation plan should not thereby automatically be changed. Thus, unless the railway donīt let go of the property, there should be room for new concepts in the future !?!

Well this one is dead, but the plot is still free, so it could incarnate in some form!

It's a plot right next to the central station in the capital of the EU's largest economy. So yeah, something will be build here eventually. Wether it will be a tower or a six story lowrise I don't know, but the plot will no doubt be used.
