Many flights have to undergo changes so that they can take less fuel and can use more renewable resources and can be more pollution free.

We now have 6 KC-46A's completed with engines sitting around PAE.

LN1067 (N463FT) which recently finish re-work from a functional test frame to a functioning KC-46A. Awaiting first flight since re-work.

LN1091 (N842BA) Undergoing flight testing.

LN1092 (N884BA) Under went engine runs at the Compass Rose today. B1 flight is soon.

Yes and no.
You can order it and Boeing will build it, but there is not even single one order on book, so practically it is out of production.

From what I was told by a Boeing contact with knowledge on that - It's no longer a order option on the 767 line. They can only order -300F's

N884BA KC-46A performed it's first flight today. Lets see if you can follow this - This is the 2nd Production Frame (N842BA is a 767-2C and currently undergoing military mods at EMC), the 1st production frame with fully functioning Boom & WARP's & the 3rd functioning KC-46A produced.

Some interesting news has come out today concerning the 767. Boeing could restart the 767-300ER production for a large order, possibly from United. A new composite wing and new engines are also considered. Even if it's just an stop gap solution before a 797 MOM will replace it in 2025.

Boeing is threatened by the launch of the A330-800neo and A330-900neo. And it's not the only concern they have, it's competitors seem to have ganged up on Boeing ever since they started to play politics instead of concentrating in developing improved, if not better aircrafts, buying out competition instead of trying to be friends with Trump cronies in government to their advantage and slap on crazy tariffs on it's competitors. They instead got karma. They made enemies with Delta Airlines and Bombardier, highly doubt Delta will be purchasing any Boeing aircrafts any time soon. Now the release of the A330-800neo and A330-900neo threatens their 767 market, mind you they have no new technology or upgraded version of the 767 to answer Airbus back, and again Delta has just slapped Boeing in the face with an order of 25 A330neos to replace the 767s in it's fleet. Boeing is behind now.
