Rotterdam has got the best Skyline of Europe! There is a vision for 3x200m, 1x150 and 2x100m at the Weena (CBD). Zalmhaventoren 1x185m, Peter Stuyvesant or Baltimore 180m, Havanna 170m, Coolsingeltoren 185m. I just can't remember all of them.

My personal current list:

1 - London - Top due to the overall skyline, quality, height, variety, and recognition in Popular Culture (iconic status). London has most boxes ticked.

2 - Moscow - 2nd due to the desnsity, design, and especially height. The overall skyline is a little small from distant but still world-class.

3 - Frankfurt - 3rd due to the height, design, and it was the first real American-style Financial district (obviously with German flavours etc).

4 - Paris - Pairs' density is probably the best in Europe. Design is on par with London and Moscow and as an overall skyline looks spectacular. However, it does lack height.

5 - Warsaw - Recent additions has made Warsaw a big player. Height and overall skyline is great. Also has one of the oldest skyscrapers in Europe as it's centre-piece which is very unique.

6 - Milan // Rotterdam - Both are some of my favourite skylines ever! Both have individual design and look beautiful as an overall skyline. However, both lack height. Nevertheless... still beautiful.

7 - Istanbul - Very spread out but it certainly does have the height. Incredibly impressive from distance, but I feel like certain towers really lack quality.

8 - The Hague - One of my favourites again! Beautiful - especially up close. The design is fabulous and blends an Art-Deco feel with modern - and it works! The only thing that is lacking is more towers and height.

9 - Benidorm - As an overall skyline, Benidorm is incredibly impressive. However, up close it really lacks quality! However, it's proximity to the Sea makes it still a big contender.

10 - Madrid // Barcelona - Both Madrid and Barca have incredible towers with fantastic quality. However, Barca lacks real density and a skyline as a whole and Madrid lacks towers to add to an overall skyline.

What do you guys think of my list? I appreciate it won't be to everyones taste but I gave it a shot!

Let me know. (No City Bashing!)

Wow, Bligh, I agree with you almost entirely!
Although I must confess I would place Milan in the number 5 spot, followed by Warsaw and then Rotterdam. A personal preference, perhaps due to the mountainous backdrop enhancing the skyline. I'm also somewhat undecided on the exact positions towards the bottom of the list, but I can definitely agree with yours.

Yes! That's definitely a good point that I did not consider. Thanks for the comment.

Partly. But more because of the overall skyline, which above certainly isn't.

#2252: London has the best skyline in Europe in my opinion. In a few years it will be like european NYC. London is booming incredibly fast.

I hope peoples saying that Batumi is better than Rotterdam are joking, it's not a matter of taste, three weird towers can't be better than the Rotterdam skyline.
Even the Hague is far better than Batumi :

London is first for me too
I like the way it looks,

London - Greenwich Mean Time by Nomadic Vision Photography, on Flickr

+ I don't like Moscow because its too dense.

And that is mostly correct,
Quote:
Istanbul - Very spread out but it certainly does have the height. Incredibly impressive from distance, but I feel like certain towers really lack quality.
