The towers are all financed by private investors. They wouldn't do this, if there wouldn't be a demand.
Do you know any data on the vacancy rate of that cluster out of curiosity?

Warsaw - Second cluster on Wola

By adamMa

The Warsaw Spire (180m roof height, 220 m in total) is going up. Just behind the Prime Corporate Center (96 m) is starting to rise. In front of the WS there will be a 140 m tower and on the other side of the street digging has begun for a 195 m tower. In the following years, it looks like most Varsovian towers will be build here).

Nope, most of these where build due to prestige purporses.
Trust me on this, I just finished a research paper about this topic.
As you say, mr. Research paper!

If you don't see any demand in Dubai hotels (200m+), I don't think he needs to show any data or explain anything to you. Just grab 3000$ and take good trip to Emirates Towers or Burj Dubai in high season. The logic above is a little strange: There are more than 30+ cities around the world with 300+ buildings, and only in Russia and Arab countries this is for "prestige purposes only".

I like your research ))

Btw, first renters in IBC were: IBM, KPMG(4 floors), Caterpillar, Canon, etc.

Most of the Burj Khalifa, for instance, is unoccupied.

So for you it's logical, that about 20 years ago, Dubai discovered that there is such a big office demand in the desert, and built supertall after supertall...

So you did a crappy job. Very high price of land + high-density development + big demand for office and residential areas = highest skyscrapers. Unlike Dubai, Moscow is really huge city with a high density of buildings, skyscrapers here is a great need.

Yes, I am German. And I think the Frankfurt skyline is much better than that of London or other cities.

Where should please the greater variety in Moscow, Paris or London be?

Frankfurt has Europe's most harmonious skyline,
in contrast to London, Paris or Moscow.

Even the buildings harmonize much better with each other than for example in the City of London.

I will not argue. Frankfurt pleases with a little large cluster and large number of skyscrapers on a small area of the city.

Thanx for posting these wonderful pictures! Warsaw is by far and large my favourite skyline in Europe.
Well balanced (avoids madrid's all in a row effect), not boring (Paris, with too many buildings same height), not too dense cluster (Moscow), no tacky buildings (Moscow and partially London), wonderful integration in pre-existing environment, preventing fake effect (unlike Frankfurt). Of course this is just my opinion
