I really cannot understand why Milan would be too overrated...boh. almost everyone say it is at the 7th or 8th place in Europe as skyline. if you say that it is "too overrated", what should be the right place? 12th, 15th...?
apart Moscow, Paris, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Warsaw, Rotterdam, Istanbul, there are no other cities with a real skyline in Europe...

I think Milan has really moved up to be the best skyline in Italy, overtaking Naples.

Milan is under-rated and London is ranked too high.

Interesting cities here.

Durch cities look very american, like Boston or the like up there in New England. Nice pictures SASH

London hast got some nice clusters too, of course it's yet a litte seperated but in future the matter will resolve itself, given all the proposed and U/C projects.

Paris is top in matter of density but, as some of you already pointed out, it lacks height. I seriously doubt that Hermitage Plaza is gonna be build within the next years, therefore Paris must be carful to keep pace.

Frankfurt is one of the best IMO, many projects are proposed some U/C as well. I'm looking forward to see how it develops in the next years.

Same goes for warsaw, pretty impressive.

Moscows CBD ist quite impressive too, with a great height of these buildings. Altough this district in very small and you don't really notice it when you visit moscow. I dont know how it will look like in 10 years, of course some more towers are under construction already, but in the CBD there is, after all, 45% of the office space still vacant. Everything that is build in Moscow is only build because of perstige purposes. I don't know how long thats gonna last.

thats my humble opinion

Also pretty much Russian economic boom is over. Russian economy can suffer from recession. Already they resigned from some things in CBD probably because of money so I guess those sanctions gonna stop development of skyscrapers there.

More than 20 years have passed as communism fell, but some fools still believe that Moscow build something only for prestige, rather than monetary profit.

Then tell my why are they building more Skyscrapers despite a vacancy about 45% in the CBD? Even property developer say it's a financial disaster...

Russian commentators compare the Moscow City to the perception of Russia in the international arena. From the outside it looks like a huge empire, beautiful, shiny and powerful. If, however, a closer look, you will notice that it is really a model of, behind which the emptiness and wasted money.According to Blackwood - one of the largest consulting companies in the real estate services - 45% of the space in the Moscow City is empty. Not sound so bad if not for the fact that a few months ago, only a third of the complex was developed. It seems that corporations are fleeing from Moscow, instead of to her to arrive. The New York Times described in an article neighborhood as "costing $ 12 billion guide economic problems of the nation". The buildings you can find all sorts of businesses and offices offer an unusual service space, even a full hostel (the price bed $ 25 per night) and located 6,000 a cinema.

Because Blackwood company, from which you received these figures, made this forecast before buying Evolution by Transneft.

Has this been confirmed? Also, it doens't reduce the vacancy rate as tower itself is not ready. However, I believe that 45% vacancy rate was a speculative figure based on new supply and real one will be close to 30%.
