Warsaw city council gave permission to build the highest skyscraper in the EU - 310 meters with spire.

We have a rather positive experience with them in Warsaw, certainly better than those bland and tacky projects by Ghelamco like the Warsaw Spire.

It was an earlier design, not the actual one. The actual one will probably be a Norman Foster.

The location:

It will be located next to a 220 m tower

Oplot-M, are you trying to compare a small beautiful medieval Poland (since it was originally built by them, it is a fact, but I'm happy that nowadays such a heritage is yours, as many others magnificent cities)city with a big industrial one? Of course, the first one will be better! Kiev looks really particularly as European, particularly as Asian city, but all together creates a nice mix. Compare it, please, with capitals and not to cities several times smaller than him. Dnipropetrovsk is good only in the center where the government and business have worked well over the architectural component and infrastructure. But otherwise it is a dull Soviet city, provincial and very boring. Yekaterinburg has solid highrise developing on the entire area, not just in one center.

How highrise development of ugly commies makes city less Soviet, provincial and boring?
