Imho good skylines in Europe are in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Milan and maybe Rotterdam.
Warsaw si quite good, it has density but need more variety of style.
I don't like the Moscow one, imho it's too 'fake'.

I think Warsaw has a great improving skyline. Moscow skyline now needs less density and lower towers, but it's great. London skyline will be really on the top only when some of those numerous projects will be completed. Paris needs a symbol and more variety. Frankfurt will be always classy

In my opinion in Europe there are only few cities with a "skyline" and they are Moscow, London, Milan, Paris. A skyline is not a mess of 20 story condominiums, but a group of true skyscrapers made with an urbanist plan.
If London and escpecially Milan have a skyline then Frankfurt definitely has one too.

Of course frankfurt has a skyline. It doesn't have as many towers as london/paris/moscow/istanbul, but it does have tall towers for European standards, shorter than london/moscow/istanbul but taller than the other European cities. Frankfurt also looks dense from certain angles and has some good quality towers from different eras. One of the top skylines for sure

I think Moscow hands down. They have the most highrises in the world

And they have the most skyscrapers of any European city.
