Also those renders are unofficial, the final version may look different.
But it's going to be built, that's for sure
And there should be another 200 m tower on the plot right next to it... some day

I also think that Rotterdam owns the European skyline

And that's only 1/3 from it's skyline, as it has 3 different zones with skyscrapers; there are a few photos in which appear almost all skyscrapers, making it a real lookalike to big US cities, which means a real dense skyline. But I also think that Frankfurt is very close to it, definetly both of them can be compared in a international scene, together with north american or developed asian countries skylines. I simply love Rotterdam. It's all so perfect maded!

It's just a matter of time IMO (5-10 years max) till Berlin goes high too

Updated Warsaw compilation, with only under-constrution buildings and projects in advanced planning stage included (est completition of all/most of the visible new towers is 2020):

Haha, from you that's a compliment. No one can even understand half what you say, it's cringworthy, your either 10 years old or a great grandfather going on about world war two again and again.
Your contributions to this site are laughable comments like "London is biggest city bla bla bla". "Paris is museum bla bla bla". It wasn't bombed bla bla bla" none of which has anything to do with skylines.
Your rankings change on a daily basis, I presume depending on how sober you are at the time you begin your incoherent rambling.

Frankly your embarrassing, and you certainly are not British, in fact I can't think of any European nation that has such a poor education system that it could produce someone as impressively smart as you

Just one of my 'bugbears'. Your - pronoun, singular, nominative thou; possessive thy or thine; objective thee; plural, nominative you or ye; possessive your or yours; objective you or ye. ... the personal pronoun of the second person singular in the nominative case (used to denote the person or thing addressed):

You're - You're definition, contraction of you are: You're certain that's right?

Make sure you use the contraction "You're" as it means something completely different when you use "Your".

242m so it should become new city tallest and dethrone Palace of Culture regardless of the spire (fitting yet ironic, as the Palace been dominating for so long mainly thanks to its spire).
