Maybe a mix of both. I used to live in the Atlanta region so I am aware of the similarities between Frankfurt and Atlanta, but I have to agree the natural setting in Philadelphia in combination with the skyline is more comparable. However, Philly's skyline is way more impressive and more dense. Frankfurt and Atlanta both have rather scattered skylines. Btw, Philadelphia and Frankfurt are official partner cities now.

Frankfurt has two main clusters, similar to Atlanta, while Philly only has one major downtown cluster.

Which country is the most successful military power in European history ?
The Second Book of General Ignorance

“French romances occupy a central position in the development of medieval European
literature. Their most popular subject matter by far was the Arthurian legend, which, though it
had its origins elsewhere, was first cast in romance form in France: the Round Table, the
tragic love story of Lancelot and Guinevere, and the notion of the Grail quest were all French
innovations."

They need to build a few more towers to the left or the overall balance will be lost. The planned Hermitage Towers will completely tip over that balance unfortunately. Thy are in my opinion also ugly, so I hope for Paris they won't get build. :/

Because of quality of buildings it is like 2 for 1. 2 buildings in Frankfurt is like 1 building in Warsaw.
As a "neutral" voice, I can say at 100% that the quality on Frankfurt is waaaaaaay higher than the one in Warsaw. That's only speaking about skyscrapers, if we count in all buildings/architecture Frankfurt is distanced by light years (at least until all of those commie blocks will be there). Please, I truly hope that no one will get offended by this. It's an personal opinion. I like Poland.

Madrid could have the highest skyscraper from the European Union if the planned "Operación Chamartín" would be fully approved, with the highest skyscraper being planned with an approximate height of 300-310m (without antennas), and 70 functional floors. With 310m, it would be the same height as The Shard from London. Madrid, as any other Spanish city, is totally anti-skyscrapers and the opinion of most of the population is totally against the skyscrapers. The opinion of the new government established in 2015 doesn't help too, as this government rejected the "Eurovegas" project, or a project in a city of Madrid's metropolitan area which would constructed some buildings with +100m height for residential use.

Fully Operación Chamartin, with just a "yes" of the current government all of this could become true:
