They pretty much swapped the CRH blue strip with the Mexican color, that's a safe design but a bit lazy IMO.

The building under construction next to Shanghai Tower is Oriental Financial Center. The "plot" next to Jinmao is reserved green belt and no skyscraper will be built there.

but thats only a draft, not the definitive design, only for schematic purposes.

there will be also lots of interiorism adequations for the mexican market.

Systra is the company that made the 1st feasibility studies during Vicente Fox administration in 2002.

BREAKING NEWS

CRCC's bid is declared technically and economically solvent for a cost of $3.2billions plus $0.57billions for 5 years maintenance and operation by Systra.


The chinese bid is based on the spanish company PROINTEC design for the route. The spanish INECO did the evaluation of the chinese bid.

The chinese bid outpaces the basic requirements of the tender.

I hope your right. Hopefully this leads to something positive in Texas with the current Dallas to Houston proposal. The thought of someday connecting with Monterrey is exciting.
