This one is in Portugal. Don't know exactly where...
The owner supports SCP Sporting Lisbon, a football team.

I wonder what they were thinking when they designed those incoherent slabs on top of each other...

It looks like one of those restorations of a 70s concrete building with an extra floor extension that ran out of money halfway through.

IMO The ugliest building ever - an old building that's been recently covered with heat insulation.

Ropažu street, Rīga, Latvia.

I find it hard to believe, but these 3 buildings were actually built, in Northern Italy

I would really say that the dark side of the architecture of Buenos Aires, on the other side of the french palaces and art deco skyscrapers, are its slums. In front of the Downtown is the Villa 31, famous for being the most expensive terrains in the country and specially for being so close to the cluster of skyscrapers of the city. This is a quick video showing some of the entrances of the place from a bus (the Main Bus station is in front of them):

Both are Block E in Minneapolis. Thankfully it's being renovated to look much more modern and not faux disney village

Now lets look at City Center in Minneapolis. Someone please renovate this. Can't believe this was a SOM project.

That and its tower are probably SOM's worst buildings.
