Note that the exterior wall on the long side is a solid wall... I would assume the exterior wall on the far side is solid as well. Structurally, this skinny building is not so bad if there is a good number of solid interior walls in the short direction. Of course, the above premise assumes the walls are solid concrete or reinforced/grouted masonry. So in concept the building is not so bad structurally (like the core of a highrise building) ... the quality of the construction is a totally different animal.
