A waterfront tower first proposed in 2005 has undergone a radical redesign and height increase.

Good looking tower, but there is already a famous building called San Remo not even 5 miles away.

interesting base, it reminds me of 15 Hudson Yards. Good to see that Jersey City is sharing in the boom which NYC is currently having.

It looks like the construction for San Remo isn't expected until 1Q 2016, judging by Mack-Cali's development plan schedule: http://www.mack-cali.com/development-land-sites
