Although metro received funding for construction, the city councill will award contract this summer. But now nothing changed there.

Hence, the decision of the architectural image of the stations are given different problem - do no harm . Institute of Architects was necessary to find solutions that would have emphasized the refined design of stations not obtyazhivali it unnecessary detail and decor. The task required the development of several variants of architectural solutions. New design solutions significantly affected the ways the construction of the stations. The design of these stations look ugly and and outdated considering this was built in 95. If it was older I could excuse it but I think the marble looks cool though.

Dnieprodzherzhynsk is city, west for Dniepropetrovsk. Between them an hour ride on car. Kryviy Rih is in south west and acceseble on car in two hours. Could be more becuase of bad road conditions

Make sure that many of these trams are preserved. Apply a very high quality paint similar to the old colors or maybe blue and yellow depending on the reign. Redo the interior. Put in modern electronics. Dedicate a couple of lines to the history the trams represent, and, place the new equipment on lines that travel through less history.

The trams are beautiful despite their wear.

I agree, but we need of money, which we didn't have. The cheapest way here - is buying out-of-use trams from Germany. You can see them in videos. Although they are with high stairs, but at least modern and perfect

Nice to see them in service again! The trams were built between 1988 and 1991 and refurbished between 1992 and 1996! I loved to ride with them, the sound was very unique! And it was such a shame that they were sorted out in 2007 in case of high maintenance costs...
