BUT St-Petersburg has got Ingria Tower preparating to be under construction
It's 167 m high

In the thread stands that the tower is only 200m high.
He also does not seem to be under construction.

Can you give me proof in the form of a link.
That should indeed then be in a newspaper.

For now, I paste it in the list. But you should definitely take care of the posts in the International Forum.

South Bank Tower in London will be 155m, it has had a height increase since the proposal.

Il Dritto (Milan): 207 ---> 247 m (according to rumors, but height isn't definitive). Antenna will replace old RAI TV tower. We'll see
