I'm proud of this tower and I'm glad it will replace these lowrise abominations, but I hate how it partly obscures the Park Row Building and that old Beekman temple building. However, Im glad it can only hide the bland side of the PRB.

It is amazing how a building this size gets totally lost in Downtown Manhattan
