Yeah, I get all this...so may buildings are awesome yet slip beneath the radar...sometimes...flipping through previous posts...the pic of the GM Building in New York ? Is that pic distorted ? I mean in reality it looks taller as height to bulk than the pic I see...I mean I have seen it on websites and in real life...Ok, go that then back a bit further the original WTC towers...ahhh, nothing will surpass what was...that's also from websites and being there and seeing them in all their splendour...Lest we forget ( for the souls if not the towers )...and just because 'One Liberty Plaza' is here...I was surprised to knock on the columns and hear a hollow sound...not that there is anything wrong with that....It stands where around it was mayhem and history that shouldn't be...and showing no New York preference...John Hancock in Chicago is pretty awesome hey...Not knocking any Asian or middle eastern masterpiece...I only comment on places I have been, experienced and lament many days that the WTC in New York never deserved its fate...

Tropical Islands Germany

This is a tropical theme park. The building was previously used as an assembly hall for Zeppelins and is the largest self-supporting hall in the world. The hall is 360m long, 210m wide and 107 m high.

Devon Tower, Oklahoma City, OK

It's bigger and taller than the second tallest in the city by 400 feet.

This is during the demolition of K-25 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. K-25 was just a smidge smaller than the Pentagon for floor space, and is most notable because uranium was enriched under it's roof during WW II.
