That's like saying I wonder what Chicago would look like without the Sears Tower. Yeah, it would look a lot different!

This was my favorite skyline long ago before I saw all angles - but due to it's jawdropping CN Tower and it's dense CBD it earns a 9/10.............

The TO city center is real compact yet extremely urban. I like that. That alone gives it a 8/10, but the CN tower add's one point to that.

toronto is currently a 9/10
however, with the vast amount amount of tall buildings on the horizon, it could be moving to 10 status by the end of the decade. toronto, in terms of its skyline, has just about everything you need (and the incredibly iconic CN tower really vaults this one above some of the other NA players), except it's a bit lacking in height. that will be changing though. currently: 9/10 future: 10/10

I actually like the early modern look of midtown...some very fine examples, as this was a desireble apartment living area of the day. Some nice 20's and 30's apartment buildings as well.

canada's skyscrapers is very different from it's asian counterparts. most of the buildings are rectangular (boxy)
therefore each building is not easy to recognize 'coz most of them are almost with the same look and shape.... very simple. however the city as a whole is beautiful, especially at night...a typical american skyline................ |

I give Toronto a 9/10.
It's got great height, plenty of density. I think it's one of the better skylines after the big 3. |
