8.5/10. It's a lovely variety of nicely-sized buildings. I really like how the elevated freeways weave between the buildings. It gives the buildings and skyline a sense of scale. Osaka just needs an attractive, reflective glass tower that makes a focal point. It would have to be the tallest in the city though. Other than that, great-looking place!!~

So many nice tall buildings, and a lot of density. But a city of this size should do better, and deserves better. Seems to have a couple of clusters of highrises, all of them having nice height and a nice profile. As someone said already, Osaka needs something of a defining point, and unlike WTC needs to be in the a core/ the core.
