NEW YORK | 1110 Park Ave. | 209ft | 19 fl | T/O

I just wanted to give the UES some love with some projects here.

Work has started on this site not too long ago and was surprised to see this limestone beauty already topped out, developed by Toll Brothers. The same developer that developed the limestone clad building, The Touraine at East 65th Street. I’m eagerly looking forward to its completion which should be completed sometime this year.

All the residential units are full floors and the building will feature 2 duplex units and 1 triplex unit with a roof terrace outfitted with a pool as per sched A.

Official website:

Architect on record: Barry Rice
209 ft
16 floors
11 Units

I agree, a great addition to the are. I hope for projects like this especially for the UES.
