Cities with Supertalls Proposed or Completed in North America

Atlanta 1?

Chicago ~10
Dallas 2?
Houston 2
Los Angeles 2
Miami 3?
Monterrey 1
New York ~30
Panama City 1
Philadelphia 1
San Francisco 1
Seattle
Toronto 2? (considered stale)

So of the Big 12 in the US, we'd only be missing Detroit and Washington (and both would be incredibly unlikely)
I agree that is a positive thing. Not terribly excited about the designs though.

Good for Dallas!
I watch 'Fast and Loud' and they always show great shots of the skyline, one thing though is that it could do with a bit of height gain as overall it look quite wide; this building if a supertall should do the trick

For anyone who doesn't know, the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is one of the fastest growing areas in the USA. Due to this, many residential buildings are under construction in the core. Over 15,000 units are under construction or planned. The real estate market is HOT in Texas right now, that makes this project even more likely due to the high demand. Now, we just need the park board to choose one of the projects....I hope it's this plan.

I really like the project. I think it offers something cool with the park space below as well. I like the design. Hope it comes to fruition.

I hope this wins. I was recently in Dallas, and while it's nice, it could use some more additions. I was surprised that its downtown isn't much bigger than Minneapolis'.

This already dead. The city wants a park and underground garage only, with minimal structures on the site otherwise.

Thanks. How about the Chase site? Isn't Perot planning a tall tower too ?
