Hahahahaha, the BIG difference, is that one is on a sunny day, and the other one in the foggiest day you could find.

Some peruvian forumers and their obsession with Chile, it's almost funny.

I do not know why many Chileans are obsessed with the skyline of Santiago yes only is a long building and another smaller

Chile has better skylines in other cities of the country as

antofagasta

I disagree completely. I am an american if that fact matters at all.
São Paulo has very, very, very nice buildings. Whoever has visited this city knows that. Rio has less, but is growing fast due to the Olympics. Nature by itself makes it the most gorgeous skyline in the world. You can't look at the buildings only; you must admire the whole composition.
I have been to 40 states in the US and to 24 different countries, so I am not giving an opinion based on pictures only, but on my own experience and personal taste.
Although Brazil doesn't allow very tall buildings to be built, not necessarily a beautiful skyline must be tall.
So, what's the best S.A. Skyline ? The answer resides and depends on what you are looking for.
Santiago has beautiful buildings and the Andes in the backdrops, so I love it as well. My favorite ? No.
