Quite an interesting 'eye' at the top of the front face.

I like it, it looks um... very "French"
The facade reminds me of the army caps used by french officers

I am sure the trams would be modern and excellent but they've got a rather sad looking face.

?? let's say, it's the uglyiest tram ever. or the face is the worst one i saw. i don't like it at all. maybe the tram itself is quite good, but the look at the front of is just awful, in my opiniion.

The tram is good. It's an Alstom Citadis, the same than in Dublin, Paris (T2, T3), Le Mans, Lyon and a few other cities. Only the design change. In Lyon the "big worm" design was considered quite strange at the begining but people get used to it.

The front looks like a miner head with the helmet and the light.

Nice!

It is a Bombardier Flexity tram not an Alstom citadis one .
Its design won several awards. Let's say it is just different and rather unusual but certainly not that unpleasant.

Great that Marseille gets a tram again, but it does look ugly.
Do you perhaps have a map of it's route and other future routes?
