Bence bu bir Türk şehrine daha uygun.. Şeyh Faysal'ı mesela Or-An'da isterdim, az yoğunluk olan ormanın kıyısında bir yerde.. Ama şehrin ortasında asla..

bence bu hiçbiryere uygun değil... bizim bu tip tasarımları çöpe atmamız lazım artık.

Bu camiyi sırf yıllardır mahalle aralarındaki birbirinin aynısı camiler dikiliyor diye eleştiriyor olabilirsin ama ben açıkçası güzel olduğunu ve şehrimde İstanbul'un heybetli camilerini hatırlatan bir cami olduğu için seviyorum. Ayrıca içi de çok güzel. Ve kesinlikle Adana'daki gibi geometrik hatalar taşımıyor. İlk önerilen proje (ki o bence Şeyh Faysal kadar güzel değildi) yada Şeyh Faysal'ı fotoshop ile Kocatepe'li Ankara resimlerine oturtun, direkt bir ortadoğu şehrine dönüşür..

Yeni cami projesi dediğin Angora Evlerinin oradaki ise, o çok büyük bir cami değil, ve çok acayip güzel bir şey de değil. Ama bence de klasik tarz yerine öyle yapılması daha iyi olur oraya.. Bilkent'e de alışılmış mimarinin dışında kültür merkezli bir cami yapılıyor.

hayır, daha inşaat başlamadı. Yeni bir protokol camii yapılacak, çünkü kocatepe, konumu itibari ile sakıncalı, güvenliği zayıf.

Yeni camii modern olmayacak ama Osmanlı kopyası da olmayacak. İnşaat henüz başlamadı.

Well I have to admit that Ankara looks very nice, and very european (really)!!!
I also wish to the people of my country to see the beauty of your cities in this forum and your serious work on infrastructure, despite your economical problems, and to think about what happens in Greece...We have to move faster...at least in the issue of highrise buildings you have beaten us at all...

But in summer about july, the wild grasses in those pics become yellow..

Still in those last pics, you may see ODTU Forest which remains green for all seasons.

And grasses in city center is always kept green during the summer also, but unfortunately this year it may change, as we have water shortage.

I've never been to Ankara, but from the pictures, I don't really like the kocatepe camii.
