One of the best CT projects i've seen
Never thought that old building could be refurbished
Thought it was better to be demolishe but that project is sooo good
BTW isn't that old building the oldest skyscraper of SA?

Wow, it's like Cape Town is developing its own Tate Modern (BTW, Tate Modern reuses an old power station, while this project involves the reuse of an old grain silo).

Also, I looked at the Zeitz Museum's thread at the local Cape Town forum, and it looks like there may be a small hotel being developed in the upper floors.
