That Hudson Site Tower will be a milestone for Detroit's redevelopment! Even if they'd build a smaller version of it.

That design sadly got scrapped for a much more plain version.

Not "plain" at all, but definitely the design turned from cool to average.

What's up with that cantilever at the top? An observation platform?
