Got bad news for you, one wing is allready down and the others will be stripped till only the structure is left.
The building is been sitting empy for 2 decades allready and nothing of the origional interior was kept anyways.

I guess if the interior was not kept it was a lost cause.

The wood grain walls contrasted with warm grey carpets, with pastel chairs and lighting fixtures give the room a warm and inviting, yet elegant feel.

The bell tower was demolished in 1983 but there is a planned restoration that will include its reconstruction in its original design.

The two towers to the left in the last photo are also mid-century modern.

Expo '67 had some spectacular mid-century modern structures on display, although most (including this one) are now demolished.
For example:

Habitat 67 by Moshe Safdie is the only structure I can think of that survives from the Expo:

It looks abandoned now but it could serve very well as a market hall.

I posted this in the building restorations thread.

La Aurora international Airport, in Guatemala had a pretty nice 60s feeling. It's a shame that it was left abandoned Luckily it was restored some years ago, and now it's a decent international airport, although it doesn't keep that style anymore. One of the main features of the airport's design are this murals made by the legendary guatemalan artist Efraín Recinos:

The tower section is mid-century modern, while the base is more neoclassical.
