I enjoyed this thread even more when it was named "Mid-Century Modern Design", it allowed posts for architecture, interior designs, furniture, posters and even beautiful cars which represented this very authentic style.

I'm aware about the existence of that thread, I just thought that when you opened that thread it was better, in a way, all the cars and poster and furniture together with the architecture, they were all giving us a chance to realize what was "in" back in the decades, what was cool. Of course I enjoy this thread too, my point is: that thread really captured the artistic appeal.
Congrats for being one of the very few who understand this style, otherwise some others wouldn't think for one single second if they should torn down buildings in this particular style, since they can not see past the end of their nose, oh well I guess I can't blame some others for the security of ignorance.

Not terribly modern interiors, but still interesting!

Nice stuff. The entrance surrounded with the hills and that plant looks authentic. The fireplace in the interior looks interesting.

This is a contemporary house, but it references mid-century modernism quite well.

The use of local, natural materials makes a great difference for living comfort.
This building is an exemplification. Imagine if all those interior walls were bare, naked concrete (I never understood that trend of the past decades, it's hardly a 'material' that should be exposed in that way)...
