My bad. thought I was posting to another forum that worked a little differently. I was just talking about the top photo, the one with the circular column in the center. In fact that was just before it was demolished, when JetBlue had their terminal in there. The photos below were the world port.

As a one-time elite flier with Delta I had quite a few trips through the world port a few years ago. While I agree functionally it left a lot to be desired, I think it was a major, MAJOR loss which should NEVER have been allowed to happen. You can read my rants on other boards, but no terminal ANYWHERE (and that includes terminal 5!) had as significant a role in airport history. It's demolition shows only the Port Authority's and Delta's resentment towards the history of air travel.
