Only one.
At least 4 new aircraft (3 communications relay aircraft and 1 command post/VIP transport) are currently u/c and should be delivered by the end of this year. Not sure if they are going to order more.

Apparently, Red Wings finally made a deal with IFC, and 6 former Vladivostok Avia Tu-204-300s are going to RW. At least one of them is already repainted and is about to be delivered soon. This one:

Turns out Tupolev is going to benefit from sanctions after all...

It's a subsidiary of Tupolev's Aviastar-SP factory (birthplace of Tu-204).

First time contributing here (to expand my reach)...

Red Wings TU 204-300 (reg. RA-64047)

Just an observation: the exterior body design of the TU204 reminds me somehow of the B757 in many aspects, the main differences being larger engines and a bigger tail.

That's a Tu-204-100. -300 has a 6 meters shorter fuselage.
This exact plane crashed during landing in 2012 by the way.

Well, no wonder they look alike given their similar specifications. Although i think the most noticable difference between 757 and 204 are their wings and horizontal stabilizers. Despite having the close-to-same area they have pretty different geometry - wingspan, sweep angles etc.
757 is above:

Is there a source reporting Red Wings to add the former Vladivostok Air Jets?

Unfortunately only unofficial. At least so far. It's become known lately that Air Koryo is interested in these planes as well, which apparently stalled negotiations between IFC (owner of the jets) and Red Wings. Anyway that is too unofficial, so...

Hm... nobody posted here for 3 years...
Just to keep the thread alive - another Tu-214 took it's first flight today in Kazan.
The airplane is "doomsday" modification made for Russian MOD

I think Tupolev should go the way of Spamtanov. There is no news and there is nothing to discuss because they make nothing any more. Take the photos to the photo forum.
